Today Jaime and I celebrated our birthdays with the fam. It was actually really fun- good food at TGI Fridays, yummy dessert (Mom made me my favorite pineapple sour cream pie), fun hanging out and drinking.

Nate was kind enough to buy me a bottle of nice red wine for my gift which of course I decorked immediately (mmmm i’m such a wino). The perk of the night was playing a large game of Apples to Apples that Trevor and I got Jaime as part of her gift. Such a fucking riot! I love that game. Nate, Trevor and I have very like minds (sarcastic and completely off the wall).

Thanks to my sweetie pie I now have gorgeous bright pink tulips -to plant alongside the asian orchid that he got me last summer :) - aaaannnd a new baby named Le Tigre who is a stuffed white tiger that is the sister of our other baby Pookie (Garfield’s stuffed bear).

And this is all the beginning! My big surprise night is still ahead on Friday night! :) I can’t wait to see what all you lovely people have in store for me (especially because all of you so called friends have been taunting me forever now! ;P )

Now I’m off to go read the second book of the Claiming of Sleeping Beauty series called "Beauty’s Punishment". Which is freaking awesome. Anyone like really kinky sex and true dominance....read these books. Oh. My. Gosh. Hot. Basic beginning plot for first book: Based on traditional tale of Sleeping Beauty. The spell is cast so that Beauty and everyone in the castle is sleeping and can only be broken by the kiss of a Prince. The Prince awakens Beauty not with just a kiss but her first true sexual encounter (which is kind of like rape I guess since she’s just lying there completely comatose). His reward for ending the hundred year enchantment is Beauty’s complete and utter enslavement to him.
And that’s only the first 13 pages- it just gets better from there.

So far things have been really hectic, to say the least. Some things have made me question my sanity but then I realized I didn't have any to begin with. Ha...ha. Ok bad joke. Anyways things are moving along quite quickly schoolwise...I'm not impressed with a couple grades (specifically Art Survey II, which sucks my non-existant left nut). Memorizing dates, time periods, nationalities, artists, features of the art, composition elements, and much more all for 30+ pieces just isn't my idea of fun! :P

Weird dreams, lack of sleep, and working on way too many things at once have made me a bit cranky and over emotional lately. It sucks. 15 days counting down till Winter Break....that includes weekends. :sigh:

You know what I keep watching over and over again because I can't stop laughing at it? Two and A Half Men was a rerun last night and the beginning of this one episode just cracks me up soooo much! If you haven't seen the tv show Two and A Half Men....you must watch it!! Anyways they have the clip of the beginning of the episode on YouTube- it's only 2:48 long so please watch it. For those of you at work- no it's not vulgar so it is work safe. Haha I must watch it again...

So it's been forever and a day since I've written on here.... I honestly don't know what to say. It's like trying to catch up with someone you haven't seen in years and so much has changed. Where to begin?

Well I'm sure it'll be incredibly boring to simply ramble on about what's been going on in my life so I just won't. I got addicted to MySpace like a thousand other folks and wrote what I felt like writing in that blog. Care enough to go through them? Go for it- right here

Mainly I came back to livejournal to check my rss feeds of webcomics (cause I'm a nerd!) and my Spuffy fanfic porn (which i still love to death).

Life is busy and yet boring all at the same time. I've fallen into a rut of monotonous routine and it's slowly eating away at my brain. Wake up at the ass-crack of dawn, school, work, school, work, homework, sleep, rinse and repeat. I've been trying to reconnect with some older friends and it seems to liven things up a bit. I hung out with Tony, geeze several weeks ago, and I realized how in tune we are with being spontaneous and random. I loved it- just felt like going to get coffee and smoke hookah. Then randomly, oh let's go see I Am Legend (which by the way was not nearly as impressive as the book although Will Smith's acting was damn good). Afterwards we actually had a snow fight which made me feel more child-like than I have in quite some time. I need more of those spontaneous people around me yet everyone I know (including me sadly) has so much going on in their lives all the time that you have to plan in advance just to fit everything in.

Today I have two exams to take in equally annoying topics but they must be done. I think I'll head to downtown Ann Arbor for a bit after classes. I haven't truly hung out downtown in a while- ever since Trevor moved to Belleville I've been at his place all the time or hanging out with our mutual couple friends in the area. I think sushi and bubble tea is in order. Then some good quality window shopping because I'm not getting paid well enough here on campus. At least that problem will be solved once I start my graphic design internship this summer- woo!

And here I said I wasn't going to ramble- oh well. More later probably. I should get back to work.
